What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay?
The balance of the stay must be paid in advance, at least 7 days before the arrival date, by credit card
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder by e-mail which automatically directs him to the dedicated area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in in the the holiday village can be done from 10:30 a.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be done no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-out means the actual exit from the holiday village, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay inside the holiday village beyond this term.

From what time is the accommodation available?
Key handover times are: within 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday; within 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The guest who has checked in can enter the village from 10:30 a.m. with their own vehicle, park the car at their home, and use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is wi-fi available? Is it for free?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the common areas. Contact the Guest Relations Office for further details.
Is there an ATM cash machine inside the resort?
Yes, there are 4 cash machines:
1 Between the supermarket and the booking office.

3 Next to the bazaar

Is there a medical service?
The Medical Service is available at Villaggio Isamar with the following time slots:
- Nurse: every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (free service)
- Turistic doctor: every day from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Service subject to a fee. Electronic payment only)
Is there a safe deposit/security box service?
A safe deposit box can be rented at the Guest Relations office at a cost of €1.00 per day.
When is the quiet time?
The quiet time is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
If I go out in the night with the car, until what time can I return?
It is possible to re-enter with your car by 11:00 p.m. In case of re-entry during the quiet time, it is possible to park the car in the outdoor parking lot.
Are there products for people with celiac disease in the supermarket?
Yes, there is a selection of gluten-free products.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation/common areas?
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations, on the beach and at the pool.

There is a bicycle, stroller and scooter rental service available at the bazaar.

Yes, washing machines and dryers are available at our Laundry Area (payment by credit card).

Yes, car charging stations are available free of charge in the area between reception and Booking Office.
Is there a shuttle service to/from Isaresidence?
Yes, there is a free shuttle service to and from Isaresidence via electric trackless train.
How to reach us
What is the nearest bus station/train station/airport?
Bus line 5 is available from Isamar to Chioggia (and back). The stop is 100 m from the Village.
The closest interurban bus station is Chioggia (line 80 towards Venice and Busitalia Line Chioggia-Padova).
The nearest train station is Chioggia, from which the sole Chioggia/Rovigo line departs.
The nearest airport is Venezia Marco Polo (60 km).

Housing units
Where can I pick up the keys of the accommodation?
After receiving the message with the availability of the accommodation, the guest can pick up the key at the Guest Relations office
Are sheets and towels included?
Bed linen is provided in the accommodation for all guests. Extra bedding kits can be rented from the Guest Relations office. Towels can be purchased at the Guest Relations office.
Is the air conditioning included?
A 50 hours use card will be delivered during the check-in. The card is rechargeable with an extra fee at the Guest Relations Office.
Is parking located near the accommodation?
Parking is located next to or in close proximity to each accommodation. Each space is numbered and can only be occupied by guests of the housing unit. Any other vehicles must be parked outside the facility.
Are cribs, high chairs, and bed rails available?
Cribs, high chairs and bed rails are available upon request (while supplies last).
Is grilling allowed?
Grilling is allowed on the terrace of housing units only with electric grills (no charcoal).

Extra people can be accommodated either by day or overnight stay until the total number of people allowed for each housing type is reached. Extra people must be registered at check in.

Where do I register for activities/where can I find the program?
You can register for activities at the Animation Info Point, in the Theater area. The program is available on the mini information website, at the Animation Info Point and at the Guest Relations office.
From what age can one enjoy the mini club/junior club?
The mini club welcomes children from 4 years old. The junior club offers activities for children from 11 years old.
Is there animation even in the low season?
Yes, animation is also active in the low season with all services. Evening scheduling is held at Vivas Restaurant from May 18 to May 28 and from September 10 to September 24.
What activities can a teenager between the ages of 13 and 16 do?
Our young guests can enjoy: all junior club activities (soccer tournaments, beach volleyball, padel, tennis, water polo, pool games), special events (pool party, color party, beach party, Sports night), soccer and tennis schools, pumptrack for bikes and scooters

Yes, use of the water park is included in the stay.

Are there heated pools?
Yes, the sports pool and baby pool are heated at the beginning and end of the season.

No, it is an extra service, to be requested directly at the beach info point
Can I bring my own umbrella and deck chair to the beach?
Yes, in the not equipped part of beach you can stop with your equipment.
Is there access for the disabled?
Yes, there is a paved access for people with disabilities.
What water sports can I practice at the sea?
At the nautical center you can rent sail, stand up paddle, pedal boats.

Yes, the service is handled directly by Vivas Restaurant for Isamar guests, by Tamerici Restaurant for Isaresidence guests. You can ask for details at the Booking Office before your arrival, or book it directly in the holiday village, at the Restaurant.
Do restaurants make take-away service?
Yes, you can order take-away service at the restaurants, the service operates at scheduled times.
Are there restaurants providing menus for people with celiac disease?
Yes, gluten-free dishes and baked goods are available
Pets
Is the dog required to have a health certification?
Yes, with the list of vaccinations administered.
What areas of the residence and holiday village do dogs have access to?
Dogs are allowed to walk throughout the holiday village on a leash, with the exception of the pool areas, supermarket and Theater. On the beach, they are allowed in the Dog Beach area, fenced, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, with the chance to access the shoreline and swim in the sea. In the agility area at the Playground, they have the opportunity to run without being on a leash.
