What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay?
The balance must be paid within 7 days from the arrival day by credit card.
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder per e-mail which automatically directs to the dedicated area.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
It is possible to check-in from 10.00 a.m. on the arrival day.
The check-out is possible within 10:00 a.m. on the departure day. To check-out means the actual exit from the village, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay longer.

From what time is the accommodation available?
The keys delivery terms are:
Within 3:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday
Within 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
After the check-in, it is possible to enter the Resort, to park the car and to use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is wi-fi available? Is it for free?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the common areas and inside the following accommodations: Sirio XXL, Sirio JR and Sirio Pool. Please contact the Guest Relations Office for further details.

Yes, safe deposit boxes are available free of charge at the Guest Relations Office. (subject to availability).
When is the quiet time?
The quiet time is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Until what time is it possible to enter the Holiday village by car?
It is possible to enter the village till 11 p.m. In case of later arrival, please use the external parking.
Are there gluten free products available at the supermarket?
Yes, a selection of gluten free products is available.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation/common areas?
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodgings, on the beach and at the swimming pool. It is allowed outdoors and in the common areas.
Is it possible to rent bikes/buggies/wheelchairs?
A bike/buggy/wheelchair rental service is available nearby the bazaar.
Is there a laundry service?
Our laundry Area is available with washing machines and dryers (payment by credit card only)
Are there electric cars recharger available?
Yes, electric cars chargers are free and available in the area between the booking office and the reception.
Is a shuttle service between Isamar and Isaresidence available?
Yes, our electric train will take our guests from and to Isaresidence.

Where can I get the keys to my accommodation?
After receiving the availability SMS, you can get your keys at the Guest Relations Office.
Are bed linens and towels included?
Bed linens are included, you’ll find them in your accommodation. Extra bedlinens are available for rental at the Guest Relations Office. Towels can be purchased at the Guest Relations Office.
Is air conditioning included?
Yes, at the arrival you’ll receive the card to activate the airco system.
Is parking located nearby the accommodation?
Every accommodation has its private parking space nearby. Every space is numbered and can be used only by the accommodation’s guests. Any extra vehicles must be parked in the external parking lot.
Are cots, baby chairs and bedrails available?
Yes, cots, baby chairs and bedrails are available for free. (subject to availability).
Is barbecuing allowed?
Barbecuing is allowed on the accommodation’s terrace, using CE branded electric grills only (no coal, no gas). Rental equipment is not available.
Are daily or overnight hosts allowed?
Extra guests (daily or overnight) are allowed within the accommodation’s maximum capacity. Every guest must regularly check-in at the Reception.
In case of overnight guests, the tourist tax is due during the check-in.
Daily guests must check-out at the Reception within 8:00 p.m. In case of later or missing communication, the tourist tax will be charged.

Animation
Where can i register for the activities/where can i find the daily program?
You can register at the animation office, nearby the theatre. The animation program is available on the handy info website, at the animation office and at the Guests Relations office.
From what age does the animation activities start?
The Mini Club offers activities from 4 to 9 years old. The Teeny and the Junior club welcome kids from 10 to 13 years old and from 14 to 17 years old.
Is the animation available during the low season?
Yes, the animation services are available during the low season. The evening shows will take place at Vivas restaurant.
Which activities are available for teenagers?
Our young guests can join all the activities and sport tournaments offered by the Junior Club: football, beach volley, padel, tennis, swimming pool games.
Special events will also take place, such as pool parties, beach parties, sports nights. Moreover, they can enjoy our football and tennis school and the pumptrack for bikes and push scooters!

Yes, use of the water park is included in the stay.

Multi-track, tobago and blue hole slides: can be used from a minimum height of 1 meter.

No, swimming caps are not required in our pools.

Are there heated pools?
Yes, the sports pool and baby pool are heated at the beginning and end of the season.

No, it is an extra service, to be requested directly at the beach info point
Can I bring my own umbrella and deck chair to the beach?
Yes, in the not equipped part of beach you can stop with your equipment.
Is there access for the disabled?
Yes, there is a paved access for people with disabilities.

At the nautical center you can rent sail, stand up paddle, pedal boats.

Is half board/full board service available?
Yes, the service is handled directly by Vivas Restaurant for Isamar guests, by Tamerici Restaurant for Isaresidence guests. You can ask for details at the Booking Office before your arrival, or book it directly in the holiday village, at the Restaurant.
Do restaurants make take-away service?
Yes, you can order take-away service at the restaurants, the service operates at scheduled times.
Are there restaurants providing menus for people with celiac disease?
Yes, gluten-free dishes and baked goods are available
Pets
Is the dog required to have a health certification?
Yes, with the list of vaccinations administered.
What areas of the residence and holiday village do dogs have access to?
Dogs are allowed to walk throughout the holiday village on a leash, with the exception of the pool areas, supermarket and Theater. On the beach, they are allowed in the Dog Beach area, fenced, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, with the chance to access the shoreline and swim in the sea. In the agility area at the Playground, they have the opportunity to run without being on a leash.
