You can use the accommodation for the entire booked period, leaving all your personal belongings in the accommodation even when you are not present in the village.

Booking, stay and payment conditions
  • To confirm the booking, a deposit of 20% of the amount of the stay is required.
  • The full payment will be required within 7 days before the date of your arrival. In the case of seasonal rentals, within 7 days of the village opening.
  • When booking, you are asked to specify the names of the people who will stay in the house (up to the maximum number of people allowed per house). The people making up the group must be members of the family of the booking holder (children, relatives, domestic staff). Any changes in people during the stay will be allowed in compliance with the conditions mentioned.
  • At check-in, the identity documents of the members of the group must be presented for registration. Any subsequent arrivals must check-in.
  • At check-in, a deposit will be required, which will be returned at check-out after the Village staff has checked the integrity of the furnishings.
  • The tourist tax must be paid in a single payment for all members of the group, at the time of check in.

Other information
WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE: Inside the house you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, plates) and bed linen. During the stay it is possible to book the house cleaning service and change of bed linen.
