GENERAL INFORMATIONS

What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay?
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of arrival by credit card
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder by e-mail which automatically directs him to the dedicated area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in in the village can be done from 10:30 on the day of arrival. Check-out must be done no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-out means the actual exit from the village, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay inside the village beyond this term.
From what time is the accommodation available?
The keys delivery terms are:
Within 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday
Within 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests who have checked in can enter the village from 10.30 with their own vehicle, park the car at their home and use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is wi-fi available? Is it for free?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the common areas. Contact the Guest Relations Office for further details.
Is there an ATM cash machine inside the resort?
Yes, there are 4 cash machines:
1 Between the supermarket and the booking office.
2 Near Ombretta restaurant
3 Next to the bazaar
4 Next to the Animation Office in the swimming pool area
Is there a medical service?
The Medical Service is available at Villaggio Isamar with the following time slots:
  • Nurse: every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (free service)
  • Turistic doctor: every day from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Service subject to a fee. Credit card only)
Is there a safe deposit box service?
Yes, you’ll find safety boxes available at the Guest Relations Office.
When is the quiet time?
The quiet time is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Until what time is it possible to enter the Holiday village by car?
It is possible to enter the village till 11 p.m. In case of later arrival, please use the external parking lot.
Are there gluten free products available at the supermarket
Yes, a selection of gluten free products is available.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation/common areas?
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodgings, on the beach and in the swimming pool. It is allowed outdoors and in common areas.
Is it possible to rent bikes/buggies/wheelchairs?
A bike/buggy/push scooter rental service is available nearby the bazaar.
Is there a laundry service?
Our new laundry Area is available with washing machines and dryers (credit card only)
Are there electric cars recharger available?
Yes, electric cars chargers are free and available in the area between the booking office and the reception.
Is a shuttle service between Isamar and Isaresidence available?
Yes, our electric train will take our guests from and to Isaresidence.

HOW TO REACH ISAMAR HOLIDAY VILLAGE

Which is the nearest bus stop/railway station/airport?
From Isamar to Chioggia (and return), bus number 5 is available. The bus stop is 100 meters far.
The nearest long-distance bus station is in Chioggia (bus n° 80 from Chioggia to Venice and Busitalia from Chioggia to Padova).
The nearest railway station is in Chioggia (only one line from Chioggia to Rovigo)
The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo (60 km far).

ACCOMODATIONS

Where can I get the keys to my accommodation?
After receiving an availability SMS, you can get your keys at the Guest Relations Office.
Are bedlinens and towels included?
Bedlinens are included, you’ll find them in your accommodation. Extra bedlinens are available for rental at the Guest Relations Office. Towels can be purchased at the Guest Relations Office.
IS AIR CONDITIONING INCLUDED?
A 50 hours free use card will be delivered during the check-in. The card is rechargeable with an extra fee at the Guest Relations Office.
IS THE PARKING LOT NEARBY THE ACCOMODATION?
Every accommodation has its private parking space nearby. Every space is numbered and can be used only by the accommodation’s guests. Any other vehicles must be parked in the external parking lot.
ARE COTS, BABY CHAIRS AND BEDRAILS AVAILABLE?
Yes, cots, baby chairs and bedrails are available for free, based on availability.
BARBECUING IS ALLOWED?
Barbecuing is allowed on the accommodation’s terrace, using only electric grills (no coal). Rental equipment is not available.
ARE DAILY OR OVERNIGHT HOSTS ALLOWED?
External guests are allowed within the accommodation’s maximum capacity. Extra people must be registered at the check-in.
WILL I FIND A DISHWASHER IN MY ACCOMODATION?
The dishwasher is available in the following mobile homes:
NOVA 3XL, SOLE XXL, SIRIO XXL. SIRIO JR, GIOVE XXL, VENERE XXL.

ANIMATION

WHERE CAN I REGISTER FOR THE ACTIVITIES/WHERE CAN I FIND THE DAILY PROGRAM?
You can register at the animation office, nearby the theatre. The animation program is available on the handy info website, at the animation office and at the Guests Relations office.
FROM WHAT AGE START THE MINI CLUB/JUNIOR CLUB ACTIVITIES?
The mini club offers activities from 4 to 10 years old children. The junior club welcomes kids from 11 years old on.
IS ANIMATION AVAILABLE IN THE LOW SEASON?
Yes, all the animation services are available during low season. The evening shows will take place at Vivas restaurant from May the 18th to May the 28th and from September the 10th to September the 24th.
WHICH ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR TEENAGERS FROM 13 TO 16 YEARS OLD?
Our young guests can join all the activities and sport tournaments held at the Junior CLub: football, beach volley, padel, tennis, water polo, swimming pool games. Special events will also take place, such as pool parties, beach parties, sport nights. Football and tennis school and the new pumptrack for bikes and push scooters await our girls and boys!

SWIMMING POOLS AND WATER PARK

IS THE WATER PARK INCLUDED?
Yes, the water park is included!
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR BIG SLIDES?
Multitrack slides, Tobago and blue hole can be used by kids with a minimum height of 1 meter.
No limits for the other pools and slides.
IS SWIMMING CAP COMPULSORY?
No, swimming cap is not compulsory.
ARE SUN BEDS AND UMBRELLAS FREE?
Yes, umbrellas and sun beds at the pool are free.
IS IT ALLOWED TO USE INFLATABLE TOYS?
No, inflatable toys and balls are not allowed.
 ARE SWIMMING POOLS HEATED?
Yes, the main pool and the baby pool are heated during the low season.

BEACH

IS THE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED?
No, beach umbrellas and beach chairs are available for rental at the beach info point.
CAN I TAKE MY OWN EQUIPMENT WITH ME?
Yes, but only on the not equipped beach.
IS THERE AN ENTRY EQUPPED FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
Yes, the entry is accessible for wheelchairs.
WHAT SEA SPORTS CAN I PRACTICE?
Sails, stand up paddles and paddle boats are available for rental at the nautical centre.

SPORT AND FUN PARK

WHAT SPORT COURSES ARE INCLUDED?
The included courses are the following: tennis courses, football school, archery, aquagym, fitness.
The not included are: private tennis lessons, private swimming lessons, diving courses in the swimming pool and at the sea, horse riding lessons.
ARE SPORT COURTS FOR FREE?
The free courts are: beach volley court, bocce court, basket court, fitness room.
Courts subject to a fee: tennis courts, football courts, minigolf, padel courts.
IS THE PLAYGROUND INCLUDED?
Castle, pumptrack and inflatable toys are included.
Fun fair, trampolines and car tracks are subject to a fee.

RESTAURANTS

IS HALF BOARD/ FULL BOARD SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes, the service is available at Vivas Restaurant for Isamar guests and at Tamerici restaurant for Isaresidence guests. Ask for details at the Booking Office before the arrival or directly at the restaurant, if you’re here with us.
IS TAKEAWAY SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes! Ask for the takeaway timetable at our restaurants and order your takeaway food!
ARE GLUTEN FREE MENUS AVAILABLE?
Yes, gluten free dishes and bakery are available.

PETS

IS THE DOG’S HEALTH CERTIFICATION REQUIRED?
Yes, the health and vaccination certificate are required during the check-in.
WHERE ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Dogs are allowed on a leash everywhere except for the swimming pools area, theatre and supermarket.
Dogs are also welcome at the Dog Beach Area, which is fenced and equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas for rent. Sea bathing and stroll on the water edge with your pet is also possible!
The Dog Agility Area, nearby the playground, allows your dog to run free and unleashed.
