The innovative element of the house is the terrace, located at the front and integrated into the structure of the roof, which thus becomes an integral part of living area, an outdoor extension of the living room. Thinking about the needs of our guests, who love to go to our restaurants as much as to enjoy a pleasant evening at home dining on the terrace with the family, we thought of equipping the house with two new elements: a large freestanding freezer refrigerator and a modern dishwasher, which give the house even more comfort.
