What is the deadline for paying the balance of the stay?
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 7 days from the date of arrival by credit card.
Is there an online check-in service?
Yes, all arriving guests are required to check in online at least 7 days before arrival. The guest receives a reminder by e-mail which automatically directs him to the dedicated area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check-in from 10:30 a.m. on the day of your arrival. The check-out must be no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Check-out means the actual exit from the resort, vehicles included. It is not possible to stay longer.
From what time is the accommodation available?
The keys delivery terms are:
Within 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday
Within 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests who have checked in can enter the resort from 10.30 with their own vehicle, park the car in their private parking space, and use all the facilities and services, until the key is available. The availability of the key is communicated to the guest via text message.

Is wi-fi available? is it for free?
Yes, wi-fi is available and free of charge in the Reception area, in the pool area, in all the flats by the pool and in all the new Prestige flats. Please, ask the Reception for further information.
Is there an atm cash machine inside the resort?
Yes, there’s an ATM at the Reception. 4 additional cash machines are avilable at Isamar Holiday Village.
Is there a medical service?
The Isamar holiday Village clinic is available to guests at the following times and services:

Is there a safe deposit box service?
Yes, every flat is equipped with a safe.
When is the quiet time?
The quiet time is from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Until what time is it possible to enter the resort by car?
There’s no time limit to get to the garage.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodations/common areas?
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodgings, on the beach and at the swimming pool. It is allowed outdoors and on the balconies.
Is it possible to rent bikes/buggies/scooters/wheelchairs?
A bike/buggy/push scooter/wheelchair rental service is available nearby the bazaar at Isamar Holiday Village.
Is there a laundry service?
Our laundry area is available with washing machines and dryers.
Are there electric cars recharger available?
Yes, electric cars chargers are free and available at Isamar Holiday Village, in the area between the Booking Office and the Reception.
Is a shuttle service to/from Isamar Holiday Village available?
Yes, a free shuttle service is available to and from Isamar by electric train. (at scheduled times)

HOW TO REACH ISARESIDENCE
Which is the nearest bus stop/railway station/airport?
From Isaresidence to Chioggia (and back), bus number 5 is available. The bus stop is 200 meters far.
The nearest long-distance bus station is in Chioggia (bus n° 80 from Chioggia to Venice and Busitalia from Chioggia to Padova).
The nearest railway station is in Chioggia (line Chioggia/Rovigo)
The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo (60 km far).

ACCOMODATIONS
Where can I get the keys to my accommodation?
After receiving an availability SMS, you can get your keys at the Reception.
Are bedlinens and towels included?
Bedlinens are included, you’ll find them in your accommodation. Extra bedlinens are available for rental at the Reception. Towels can also be purchased at the Reception.
Is air conditioning included?
A 50 hours free use card will be delivered during the check-in. The card is rechargeable with an extra fee at the Reception.
Ist he parking lot nearby the accomodation?
The parking lots are inside the resort. Every lot is numbered and can be used only by the accommodation’s guests. Any additional vehicle must be parked outside.
Are cots, babychairs and bedrails available?
Yes, cots, baby chairs and bedrails are free and subject to availability.
Is barbecuing allowed?
Barbecuing is allowed on the accommodation’s terrace, using only electric grills (no coal). Rental equipment is not available.
Are daily or overnight hosts allowed?
External guests are allowed within the accommodation’s maximum capacity. Extra people must be registered at the check-in.
Will I find a dishwasher in my accomodation?
The dishwasher is available in all the accomodation types except the Mini.

Are Isaresidence guests allowed to participate in Isamar animation’s activities?
Yes, Isaresidence guests are welcome to every animation event!
SWIMMING POOLS AND WATER PARK
Are swimming pools included?
Yes, both Isaresidence swimming pools and Isamar waterpark are included.
Is swimming cap compulsory?
No, swimming cap is not compulsory.
Are sunbeds and umbrellas free?
Yes, umbrellas and sun beds at the pool are free.
Are inflatable toys alllowed?
No, inflatable toys and balls are not allowed.
BEACH
Ist he beach service included?
Yes, every accomodation includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun chairs. Our 2024 Prestige flats include 1 umbrella and 2 sun beds. Sun beds can also be rent saparetely.
Is there a disabled people equipped entry?
Yes, the entry is accessible for wheelchairs.
What seasport can I practice?
Sails, stand up paddles and paddle boats are available for rental at Isamar nautical centre.
RESTAURANT
Is half board/full board service available?
Yes, the service is available at Tamerici restaurant for Isaresidence guests and at Vivas restaurant for Isamar guests. Ask for details at the Booking Office before the arrival or directly at the restaurant, if you’re here with us.
Is takeaway service available?
Yes! Ask for the takeaway timetable and order your takeaway food!

Is the dog’s health certification required??
Yes, the health and vaccination certificate are required during the check-in.
What are the pet friendly areas in Isaresidence and Isamar?
Dogs are allowed to walk in the common areas of Isaresidence on a leash, with the exception of the swimming pool and beach areas.
Our Dog Beach is available at Villaggio Isamar with a sunbed and umbrella service for a fee.
